Cargo Dues​

Cargo Dues shall be calculated at 35 cubics ft. or 2200 lbs. per ton (whichever is the greater) landed or loaded.

Cargo Storage​

Free Time Allowance

The free time allowed for assembling outbound cargo and for removing inbound cargo from the Ports, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, is five (5) days. For goods entered for trans-shipment, the free time allowed is ten (10) days exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.

The free time allowed for assembling outbound cargo commences on the day following the placement of the cargo at the Port. The free time allowed for removing inbound cargo commences on the day following the vessel's complete discharge.

Excess Storage

All cargo remaining on the port after the free time period will incur excess storage fees as follows:

  • For the first two (2) days or fraction thereof, per ton or fraction thereof - $4.00

  • For the succeeding two (2) days per ton or fraction thereof - $5.50

  • For each succeeding three (3) days period or fraction thereof - $8.00

  • Trans-shipment cargo - 50% of the above rates. The minimum invoice for excess storage charges shall be $4.00​

  • The rent charge for Chasis Storage is as follows

    • First thirty (30) Containers/Chassis or part thereof - $200.00 per month​

    • Over thirty (30) Containers/Chassis - $300.00 per month

  • All cargo remaining on the port after the free time period shall thereafter be assessed as excess storage after 5 business days. The applicable charges shall be as follows:

    • Vehicles - $150.00 per day​

Removal of Goods

Upon the completion of the free time allowance, goods may be moved from the port of rest to an alternative storage area. The removal charge shall be $5.00 per ton - 2200 lbs or 35 cubic feet or part thereof.
